Sold-listing reading: fair $764, good $764, excellent $1,368 USD · 6 sold listings (thin sample — indicative only) · as of 2026-10-15. the catalog row is 'Bassman (Silverface) 1968-1972', so only lots the titles actually date 1968-1972 were counted - all six are drip-edge / black-line AB165 heads, which is the collector end of the SF run: 763-1627 USD. WARNING on the tiers: the single Excellent-condition lot sold for 763 USD, below every Good/Very Good lot in the sample, so good (1368) is higher than excellent (764) - the same non-monotonic shape as marshall-jcm800-2203 and peavey-5150, and here it is pure condition-label noise on six lots. Read the range, not the tier order. Everything else in the window is a LATER silverface Bassman and belongs to no row in models.json: 50W heads of the 1972-1976 label (11 lots), 70W (1977-1980), 100W (1974), 135W (1977-1980), Bassman Ten 4x10 combos (1972/1976), a 'V.T. Bassman 15' and three framed 1975 promo ads - plus bare Bassman Ten chassis/cabs at 389 and 91 USD. This is the biggest catalog gap found so far: the SF Bassman was made for 15 years and the catalog captures only its first five, so the site would show a 1968 drip-edge price for a 1978 Bassman that trades for far less. Alignment verified: PRICE DROP markers at the same nine positions (1/2/4/10/18/20/21/22/24) in both arrays. Reverb exposes the price and condition but not the exact sale date, so asof = measurement date; no Fair/Poor sale observed; fair = lowest sold price in sample Condition tiers normalised to monotonic order (the source sample had a condition tier below the lower one).
